Explore with me on canvas a world that

begins in my heart!

My world of painting is broad and wide, just like the ocean or the desert. Not caring if I defy market wisdom of narrowing my focus to one subject, one style, one message, instead I choose to paint what moves me in my spirit.

Having been trained long ago to master many subjects in several mediums, I have found my self since then forever having a broad vision.

My talents were developed classically, as seen in my horse portraits; technically developed and skilled with the palette knife which I love, seen especially in my landscapes and flowers; and expressionistically with the freedom of the wind, as seen in my delightful, playful sailboats.

I hope you get lost a bit in my world. I have many interests in my art, and to tame them into one voice is difficult at best.  If I do have one voice that speaks somewhere in all of this, it is the use of the palette knife in everything I do.  Some works are completely palette knife and some are partly palette knife, partly brush.
